It was just October!! Time sure does fly when you are having the time of your life. The Graveyard Crew begins the annual prep for the 2012 Haunted House season. This year will bring a huge expansion to the Valley’s Top Rated Halloween event. We don’t want to disclose too many of the details, but let’s just say this year will be one of the largest productions yet. A few major announcements will be released shortly. You will not want to miss this one!Freddy is always ready for you!!

Chambers of Fear will be attending the 17th Annual Halloween and Attractions Show in St Louis in a few weeks. This is THE trade show where vendors from across the nation and overseas come to display their goods that represent every aspect of the Haunted House industry. If your a haunter, this is your ultimate candy store – not to be missed! Our shopping list is ready, but you always have to wait until you arrive because there are always new items that you just have to purchase!

The haunted house layout and design are just about complete, our crew is fired up and ready to begin the new build-out. This is a great time of year because what we see on paper begins to raise from the grave and turn into thrilling and chilling sets for Halloween 2012. Arizona Haunted Houses Prepare for 2011 Halloween Season!

Halloween is still several months away, but if you are operating a Phoenix haunted house, Glendale haunted house and like us, a Surprise haunted house then you are in full production mode counting down the days until opening night. Halloween 2011 is set to be one of the BEST ever for Haunted Houses in Arizona! Most people spend their 4th of July weekend out by the pool and enjoying BBQ, haunt operators are busy painting sets, working on lighting designs and adding the creepy creatures to their haunted attraction for that high startle scare that brings the screams from our visitors. Halloween is a year round event for us, something we truly enjoy!

Chambers of Fear is set to open on Thursday September 29th.  We will run for five weekends all through October, with our final night for the 2011 season on Monday October 31st. Our operating hours will be Thursdays and Sundays from 7PM until 10PM and Fridays and Saturdays from 7PM until Midnight. We are located in the North Valley just a few minutes from Arrowhead Mall. From the 101 and Bell Rd, just head West a few miles and you will find us at the Bell Mar Plaza, 114th Ave and Bell Rd on the North side of the street. Hurricane Grill and Wings, Picazzo’s Pizza and 5 and Diner are also located at Bell Mar Plaza.

Midwest Haunters Convention – June 3rd – 5th 2011

It’s a cloudless, radiant day in the heart of downtown. Dark, ghostly figures begin to congregate along the sidewalks as a zombie; his flesh rotted and peeling from the bone, makes his way to the door. Seemingly oblivious to the blood dripping from his gaping wounds, a smiling group of abominations shake hands and proceed inside.

Welcome to the Midwest Haunters Convention. Here, the country’s most macabre gather to celebrate and learn the art of spook. It’s a quirky brew of the most bizarre, intriguing and downright bone-chilling features of the Halloween season. While the convention specializes in informational workshops for those in the haunted attraction industry nationwide, their audience ranges from trained acting/makeup professionals to curious haunt enthusiasts and fans. It will take place June 3-5 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center downtown.

2011 Knott’s Scary Farm Haunt Information Released!

Knott’s Berry Farm has released their “Knott’s Scary Farm” maze and attraction information for the 2011 season. While some of the familiar mazes are returning, Knott’s is adding three new mazes for 2011.

Arizona Haunted House Goes Digital

Arizona Haunted House GOES DIGITAL!!

Chambers of Fear will once again partner with Gotcha Digital Imagery to bring Arizona it’s only haunted house equipped with ScreamCAM’s!  Gotcha Digital Imagery captures video clips of individuals or groups at haunted attractions, on thrill rides, or wherever heart-pounding moments occur. The customer can then preview this video as they exit the attraction. If the customer desires, the captured video can be downloaded from our web site.  Last season videos streamed on YouTube bringing Chambers of Fear patrons screaming for MORE!

I want to to thank everyone involved who helped make this site possible!! First and foremost Michael and Amy from iDesigns for their incredible layout, design and creation of the all new Chambers of Fear! The upgrade on the logo is very chilling. This site has so much potential, and we are just starting to work with it. We are very proud to be partnering up with them for this and many more seasons to come. Doug and Chuck over at Brainstorm for our Graveyard logo, which has endured over the years, very very classy and has solid impact! They have always supported me with my Joey Black Leukemia Event throughout, and the logo rocks! Chad over at Sinister Visions, I loved those sound files the minute I heard them, he delivered and they added the extra creep layer I wanted for the Ghoul on the site. I am glad I was able to help you get your server performing better for you on your project site. The ENTIRE team here at Graveyard, all the hard work, long hours and support is just amazing!! Production and Re-Theme Started

2011 will bring many new and exciting frights and scares for Chambers of Fear! After attending the Transworld Halloween Show in March we walked away with many new and exciting items and ideas that will be incorporated. We are very happy to be working with industry great Distortions Unlimited again this season. Our orders are already arriving, and the re-theme continues. This year will be scarier than ever as we build on last seasons huge success. Gotcha Digital is working on their plan for our Scream Cams.. and after hearing some of their ideas, you haven’t seen anything yet!! Online ticketing through Ticketleap is a welcome addition for this year as well.
